Purple in colour with purple veiling, the nose is reminiscent of blueberry, grape, quince and fig jam with a final roasted note of light spices and cocoa. On the palate it is full, warm, harmonious, with a complex structure, but with a rare balance between power and usability, and an aftertaste with sweet but dry sensations.
 
Ideally consumed at 18°, it offers emotions on its own and after sunset. At the table, it goes well with red meats, typical cuisines with aromatic complexity, and mature cheeses.
