The son of destiny and perseverance. We were looking for a new way for the evolution of our wine, and it was just a matter of waiting, it showed up on its own. After they arrived in the winery with the plan of improving the production of Bellantonio in steel, our amphorae did not immediately give us tangible results. Knowing the quality of our grapes, we therefore chose to dedicate them a separate production, entrusting them to time for a long refinement which generated a new character, a child was born from intuition.
 
Pleasant at 14°C, it goes well with elaborate main courses, including red ones, white meats, elaborate fish, medium-aged cheeses, meditation wine, friendly between meals.
