Very pale straw yellow in colour, Bellantonio is intense and persistent on the nose, with floral hints of chamomile and lemon, and light tertiary aromas that lead into the mineral. The same minerality can be found on the palate, with a strong savouriness combined with soft sweet sensations governed by fine acidity. 
 
The ideal serving temperature is 14°. Perfect with raw and warm starters, mediterranean pastas not too elaborate in their condiments, even complex fish, fresh cheeses, aperitifs away from meals.
